Job Description
We are seeking four dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialists to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage content creation, including social media posts, email marketing, and promotional materials.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess the competitive landscape.
- Gather and analyze data on customer preferences, behaviours, and feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and market trends.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and monitor sales progress.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, with a strong track record of achieving targets and executing successful campaigns.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in sales and marketing software, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
