It supports structured courses with diverse content types like videos, quizzes, and assignments, and even allows for live batch classes to enhance the learning experience.  

Structured Learning  

Why not just learn on YouTube? While it works for single-topic learning, managing multiple subjects can be confusing, and constant suggestions can be distracting. Deskgoo Learning addresses this by allowing you to design courses with a three-level hierarchy: courses, chapters, and lessons. This structure helps maintain the context of each lesson.  

You can add content in various forms, including videos from YouTube or Vimeo, direct uploads, text, and quizzes, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the material.  

Live Classes  

Self-learning can feel isolating for some, while others thrive on interaction with instructors. Deskgoo Learning accommodates both by allowing you to form batches for live classes. You can create Zoom classes directly from the app, providing a list of live sessions for learners to attend as part of their batch. The platform also supports assessment and evaluation within the portal.  

Quizzes and Assignments  

Validating knowledge is crucial. With Deskgoo Learning, instructors can create quizzes with unlimited questions, offering single-choice, multiple-choice, or text-based answers. You can set marks for each question and a passing percentage for the entire quiz, with the option to shuffle questions for varied assessments.  

Instructors can also include assignments in their courses. Submissions can be configured as PDFs, documents, images, or URLs, with learners submitting their work through the portal.  

Getting Certified  

For face-to-face evaluations, Deskgoo Learning provides a complete scheduling system. Evaluators can set available slots, and learners can choose suitable times for their evaluations. The system integrates with Zoom and Google Calendar, ensuring both parties receive calendar invites to avoid missed appointments.  

After evaluation, learners can be granted certificates. Deskgoo Learning includes an inbuilt certificate template, or you can create and use your custom template.  

Social Learning  

It's natural for learners to have questions during a course, so Deskgoo Learning includes a discussion section below each lesson where queries can be posted and answered by instructors or fellow learners. Learners can also leave reviews and ratings for courses, providing feedback for instructors and helping others choose courses.  

Each learner has a profile page where they can add a picture, bio, and headline, and showcase the certificates they've earned. These profiles can be shared to highlight their accomplishments.
